Organize and carry out new employee training


On February 17, 2024, our company organized an induction training for new employees. This training was actively carried out under the enthusiastic chairmanship of Su Yulin, and a total of 6 employees participated in this training.

This meeting mainly focused on in-depth understanding of the company's products and understanding of the equipment operation process.

From the shallow to the deep, analyze how corporate managers should respond in terms of communication, training, and motivation; how to build the process and working mechanism of corporate team collaboration; how to meet employee cognition and needs, and combine the actual situation of the branch company to analyze, explain and interact with the problems of unbalanced business distribution and unsmooth team collaboration encountered by grassroots managers at work. The trainees actively participated and spoke enthusiastically.
