Overall structure:
Traditional feeder silos usually use metal linings: Generally, the higher the hardness, the more wear-resistant it is. However, the higher the hardness, the worse the impact fracture resistance. Although high manganese steel linings can be hardened by impact, they have low yield strength and are prone to yield deformation. As a result, all metal linings are limited by their impact resistance, wear resistance is limited, and they are heavy and labor-intensive to replace.

1) Advantageous features
Wear-resistant: Ceramic is the most wear-resistant material at present. Adopting 95% fine alumina powder, adding other rare metals, after more than 100 tons of high-pressure molding and high-temperature firing of more than 1700 ℃, its Rockwell hardness (HRA) ≥ 85, the density of ≥ 3.6g/cm³. Its wear resistance is equivalent to 266 times of manganese steel and 171.5 times of high chromium cast iron.
Impact resistance: the use of special elastic rubber, the impact on the ceramic surface of the material has a good buffer, can withstand the frequent impact of high drop materials without making the surface ceramics cracked off, greatly improving the impact resistance of the liner.
2) Application Scenario:
Various kinds of chutes, silos, ore bins, flotation machine tanks, mixing tanks, leaching tanks, etc., which need wear-resisting and anti-corrosion.
