Polyurethane screen types: The MDI polyurethane screens produced by our company are all made of raw materials imported from the United States. The elasticity, tear strength and other comprehensive properties of MDI polyurethane are much higher than those of ordinary TDI polyurethane.

Polyurethane Screen Mesh

Our MDI polyurethane screen mesh is made of imported raw materials from the U.S.A. The elasticity and tear strength of MDI polyurethane are much higher than ordinary TDI polyurethane, and the elongation at break is more than 4 times that of TDI, which is supplemented by the double-hardness anti-clogging design with the upper layer being soft and the lower layer being hard (usually 65 degrees in the upper layer, and 85 degrees in the lower layer), and the inverted conical shape with the aperture diameter gradually increasing from the upper layer to the lower layer (≥15°), as well as the large-mesh screen with the rounded angle anti-clogging design. The large mesh screen adopts rounded angle anti-clogging design, which solves the problem of easy clogging from material performance to structural design.
