Polyurethane screen types:

The MDI polyurethane screens produced by our company are all made of raw materials imported from the United States. The elasticity, tear strength and other comprehensive properties of MDI polyurethane are much higher than those of ordinary TDI polyurethane, and the elongation at break is more than 4 times that of TDI. It is supplemented by a double hardness anti-blocking design with a soft upper layer and a hard lower layer (usually 65 degrees for the upper layer and 85 degrees for the lower layer), an inverted cone anti-blocking design with gradually increasing apertures from the upper layer to the lower layer (≥15°), and a large-mesh screen adopts an arc angle anti-blocking design to solve the problem of easy hole blocking from material performance to structural design.
