Structure description
The sieve plate of a trommel is usually the area where the tommel wears out the fastest.
Trommel with external mounted sieve plate: The trommel adopts the structure of sieve plates installed from the outside of the trommel, the sieve plate uses bolts for installation to the frame. Compared with the internal mounted structure of the sieve plate, it is more convenient and fast to directly disassemble and assemble from the outside of the trommel.

Structural description:

(1) External drum screen: The drum screen adopts the structure of external sieve plate. The sieve plate is bolted to the sieve frame. Compared with the internal sieve plate structure, it is more convenient and quick to disassemble and assemble directly from the outside of the drum screen.
Installation of external cylindrical screen
The surface of the guide plate inside the screen is lined with high wear-resistant rubber. Compared with the screen plate, it wears significantly slower. It can be fixed by welding with the screen frame.
(2) Internal cylindrical screen: The guide plate and screen plate are replaced from the inside of the cylindrical screen. The installation order is: screen plate, pressure strip, guide plate. The removal order is opposite to the installation order.
The structure usually recommended: the external screen plate type cylindrical screen has a simple structure and only needs to replace the screen plate for normal use. It should be noted that for cylindrical screens with an inner diameter of less than 1.5m, it is not recommended to use an internal screen plate because it is inconvenient to operate.

(3) Bar-type drum screen: bar-shaped screen slots, high opening rate, and high screening efficiency. The screen surface is made of highly wear-resistant material, with good wear resistance and long service life. Composite elastic material is used below the screen surface to enhance the working elasticity of the screen surface. Additional high-strength supporting rigid material is used to enhance the working strength protection of the screen surface, which is particularly suitable for drum screens with high wear resistance requirements.

(4) Drum screen with return material: simple structure, only one section of screening is required, suitable for occasions with no or very few stubborn stones.
