1) Advantageous features

The traditional feeder bend or chute liner is usually made of the main materials:

Ductile iron or wear-resistant alloy steel casting

Ordinary carbon steel plus high wear-resistant high chromium alloy casting, commonly known as bi-metal.

Ordinary carbon steel plus wear-resistant rubber vulcanization.

Obviously, the wear resistance of ceramics is far better than the above wear-resistant materials, composite of high elasticity and wear-resistant rubber layer, to overcome the weakness of ceramic hard and brittle, can give full play to the wear resistance of high hard ceramics, the overall product life increased significantly.
