The composite split inlet and outlet bushing is based on a steel shell, and a steel + rubber + ceramic composite lining is installed on the inner wall of the steel shell. The bushing as a whole can be interchanged with the original cast metal bushing as a whole.

The inner lining of the bushing is divided into multiple equal parts, which can be removed or replaced separately.

In particular, the circumference of the guide groove part of the discharge bushing of the semi-autogenous mill or grate mill can be divided into equal parts and removed or replaced separately.

 

2. Advantages and characteristics

(1) Greatly reduce the maintenance workload; after an overall replacement, during normal inspection and maintenance, there is no need to remove the inlet and outlet bushing shell again, only the inner wall lining and other easily worn parts need to be replaced, which can greatly reduce the operation time and workload.

(2) Light weight, conducive to energy saving; after the transformation, the overall weight of the inlet and outlet bushing is significantly reduced, which is 30-50% less than the weight of the original metal parts (cast bushing).

(3) The application of highly wear-resistant ceramics; greatly increase the service life to more than twice that of the cast bushing.
